Countries including Australia, the UK and the USA have labelled Hamas a terrorist organisation and IMO the sickening atrocities committed by its fighters on October 7th, 2023 warrant that label.
But Palestinian civilians are NOT "... a known terrorist organisation ..." and they are NOT fair game for Netanyahu's genocidal regime. It should come as no surprise that Netanyahu's Regime is now facing trials for war crimes consistent with it being guilty of state-sponsored terrorism as countries line up to support judicial findings and sanctions against it which will endure for decades.
There are even reports in the media this morning that Netanyahu's regime is sourcing weapons / munitions from Serbia - one of the World's worst recent genocidal offenders. Next up will be its laundering of financial resources the US and its back-slappers are pouring into its coffers - something already being watched closely by the ICIJ as the US and the UK beef up their global tax haven networks.
