Someone needs to go over this leak. Just don't buy 'they got lucky' deal.
The NCCD should have been ANN last week. I assume they held it back as it would have raised question to do so and then ANN the dose sales a week later. It really does raise questions of keeping the market informed.
GW has to take responsibility for not keeping the market informed. He should offer his resignation ASAP.
