People like you are trying to make this into a bigger deal than it is. It’s a simple review that was expected, not an investigation into corruption and certainly not a PSC.
This will confirm that the LAMP is safe. There is nothing else Fuzia and Co can do. They can’t impose new license conditions, laws or regulations, only make sure Lynas complies with the existing ones.
