well he's definitely guilty of threatening to commit an act of terrorism.....

and he's guilty of inciting people to commit a crime.....

in the event that some fool follows his spoken desires to burn the plant......then Wrong track Quack...will be a party to the crime......as he incited people to follow his lead....

its not as if he's a nobody..he's a recognised figure in malayasia..and he has the power to influence people....

he has a responsibility just like a public official not to make reckless statements that will influence people to commit a crime.....
he can bow at 90 degrees till hell freezes over..it will not mitigate his criminal behaviour..

.and allowing him to walk free will tell others ..its OK to threaten companies,people and the government ..in fact anyone they disagree with.....IT WILL BE A FREE FOR ALL

I bet he had a few female body guards behind him when he did his 90 degree stoop....
