This softening is all for the middle ground. The voters who are not antilynas.
Read between the lines and you and see whatever you want to see.
If you go to the antilynas fb sites, they are convinced anwar and ban teet are saying the review of the lamp will really shut it down when they delay long enough and find one "back door" that was used.
If you come to HC you see people convinced this will mean the lamp will not be shut.
Personally, i think it will harm the sp... Possibly cripple us.
