I wouldn't get too worried re apparent lack of enthusiasm from Trevor Mathews.
He is not an aggressive emotional speaker & errs on the too quiet & monotone.He would be a poor car salesman!!
IMO all is shaping up nicely & I agree with you that the Finance completion is the one thing holding back the SP_but a great opportunity to buy !!??
