I wouldnt make conclusion based purely on voice/enthusiasm. Essentially Trevor concluded that all the key things will be announced in the near future, with negotiations currently close to being finalised. These include the debt facility from the 2 banks, negotiation on the Dora plant, etc....And construction is set to commence as planned. Nothing new really apart from everything seems to be in order as expected before.
