    You failed to mention the train leaving the station though. The gold price/platinum prices. Deferrment will only will risk the $60M price agreed looking inadequate and the seller may demand a fresh valuation and price.

    This cuts both ways.

    NKP has no desire to delay this any longer than is necessary it is the consitions of the Royaly lender that has delayed things and created certain requirements.

    These are being attended to.

    This matter of course culd be sorted out tomorrow if IGC was agreeable to a paper swap or paper takeover rather than cash.
