I do agree that the deal 'could' happen sooner but only if the money is raised through Royalty Financing (and not a capital raising). The terms of how this deal will be structured has been much debated on these forums and is still not clear.

So I suppose my question is what makes you sure that it will be a Royalty Finance based raising? Is this information that NKP are happily sharing?
