I work in China now and although I wish it would be the Chinese as they have the money and need the oil I dont think they will be a direct owner or operator in this project. JV maybe but not directly. The Chinese do not yet have Deepwater expertise.....reckon this will drift lower now over the next couple of months which would be a pretty decent buying opportunity....but nothing much going on for a while it seems.
