I am with you Esh....Forgive my naievity, and I apologise unreservedly if I am wrong as I am not an expert of any kind, But if what TT is saying is true I find it totally illogical that there were no TT posts on Exu thread at all, for a share he/she supposedly owned between a qtr and a half million dollars worth of..prior to the TO offer.

.lf they owned 10 mill shares and accepted rms offer, that would give RMS a minimum of over 5% (adding to the previously announced 3.2%).. wouldnt rms have to update with significant holding announcement..
Seems all a bit fanciful to me
