It looks like they are not ready to make an ann' yet so I'd think midday if they aren't ready now as there will need to be time for brokers etc to work out how they are going to manage all their orders.
It's disappointing that they haven't advised or informed the market since the news yesterday late afternoon.
The market depth figures aren't updating either which is a concern.
The ban on short selling should not have come as a surprise, it was pretty predictable given the bans overseas and the focus that hedge funds would have put on the australian market if asic didn't follow suit in one form or other.
