    T/O is null and void. Shareholders who lodged acceptance are free to do with their shares as they please because all contracts are void.

    Contact COMSEC, qouting the announcement, yet they say their hands are still tied because the stock is in suspension hence they cannot and will not release my shares from "reserved" status.

    Has anyone succeeded in obtaining their shares back into their portfolio?

    Very frustrating.
