Evening all,
Zinifex has certainly been on the end of some severe selling alright, seems like more than the overall market as well... for that reason it is not surprising to see the RSI in the oversold area.
Looking back this is the lowest the RSI has been for quite a while, it did make some lower points just after listing but I haven't included it here.
What is heartening, as I hold, is the fact that the long term trendline has not been breached and the trendline also intersects with the 38% fib line at a price level of 14.60 ish.
So support is not far away I believe at 14.60.
Oh and another point, the price has closed outside the bollinger bands, which normally indicates it has been pushed too far to quickly.
