Pretty much buying the gold for 2,000,000 million dollars including phase 1 drilling costs. Thats close to a third of the companies shares. if it takes multiple drill programs to meet the milestones it could be more. Time will tell if all the business deals are honoured and Lodestar gets ownership. Drilling seems to be slow going, increasing the drilling costs.
