SER is ex entitlement to Tarcoola and 100% of Uley is in Tarcoola.
SER is now a shell that owns 20% of Tarcoola. Even if they do get the deal done management are not planning on returning those funds to shareholders, that entitlement is in Tarcoola.
Its amazing people are buying it without understanding it first.
