strongly disagree. to suggest that a sp has a short term ceiling without mention of the potential that solid announcements can bring is irresponsible in my view.
irrespective of recent or current sentiment, upcoming announcements will be taken on their own merits imho, and as such new and good news should see buyers flood in at all levels over $1, and rapidly.
and this is all within the context that the market has not yet factored in to the current sp what gdn has already found, imho.
