Thanks Sharks for the info, particularly the 100ft reference. Given that the lime is 300ft in depth according to RFE, then I wouldn't have thought that they would have held Woodford through Lime drilling by this criteria.
While RFE has drilled some Woodford wells, I would think that it wouldn't be more than about 10 and it would require closer to 100 wells to hold the Woodford if the lime drilling did not meet the requirements.
The good news is that I have found a reference in an old announcement that the leases specifically do hold the Woodford Shale through drilling of the lime. I therefore agree with your conclusion, but not necessarily the way that conclusion was reached.
