Hi Recko thanks for looking back at old company publications and finding that confirmation - I was thinking of looking but didnt know how far back to start.

By my calculation, RFE will drill a total of 48 (up to Dec 2013) + 23 (in 2014) + 5 (in 2015) = 76 wells (all its operated wells) to hold its acreage by production. Some of those wells are WS wells and I assumed they would be HBP wells that would hold the WS by production. How many are require depends on the pooling arrangements, which we dont have information on. But it seems as you have indicated that the ML wells will do the trick - thanks again.
