    They are clearly 'not surprised' pal. They did their due diligence and knew there was this Woodford cloud looming. They now get their original low ball offer (more than likely lower) or they get to walk away. Win-win for them. As for any votes. We've seen how that works, the mum and dad investors are absolutely powerless.
