Woodlawn acquisition only $15M cash, $15M scrip at $3.14. Rest are success driven payments - no gain no pay. Replacement value of the whole set up is over $300M. One of the best deals ever. MINres thinks so. BlackRock reckons that's the case too. Looks like we are well protected by the downside.
