Current employment at the mine is around 15-20; most are staying at the Gilmour Inn, Lake Bathurst.
This number is expected to double within the next month.
It is expected that employee numbers will reach about 150 persons in 12–18 month’s time.
It is possible that Develop could establish a semi-permanent mine camp in the area, but not at the mine site.
