Bendigo mainly stuffed up because as I understand it, the ore zones are far less continuous in sedimentary rocks than say in the Lachlan fold diorite dykes and basalt systems overall......... Insiders always seemed to get the fact that BDG were drawing a very long bow on their resource estimates yet apparently punters lost money... mystifying how it could have been so misunderstood or mispriced for so long............ Don't know enough to compare MCO other than I've always understood there is really no comparison apart from they were both high yielding famous old fields............ Bendigo is more accessible than Woods Point area it needs to be said!!!!
