This!! The supply calvary might not be coming in while. Given some of these OPEC countries' budgets were decimated, you'd think with prices as they are now they will be chomping to pump as much as they can. Russia has been known to not comply that much with cuts and now people believe they are suddenly ball. I don't think OPEC can do much - they haven't been investing in more supply.
