I am in for the long haul on this one, my guess is POO will go down a lot further before going up. If there was going to be an announcement would have been before the speech. Could still be 6 weeks plus judging by what has been released previously. Roc date may be announced before phoneix results, either way they found oil,we are drilling when others are not and cereberus is an unknown. Plenty of potentail upside. With any luck down the track we will be getting announcements into a rising oil price. As the countries on brink of financial collapse try to stay afloat they will pump as much as they can to get any dollars available. Blame the junk bonds from cheap QE debt for the US shale crashing the market. If we see the oil price push considerably lower short term will just serve to take more supply out. Waiting game this one.
