sky business this morning discussed rumour of WPL making another bid for OSH stake. Seems one possibility is the PNG Gov't stake of 10%, but the IG analyst thought this was unlikely to be released by Gov't and also held on books at a price point that WPL probably wouldn't reach.
Anyway seems there is a potential plan b for OSH stake bid.
