You must have missed the media calling out the offer twice before WPL came clean....and they were right.
AFAIK PC hasn't ruled out anything yet so that is your opinion that the offer is no longer there seems like the same sort of slant you are accusing the media of playing.
I don't think WPL are coming back with an offer but OSH has stayed fairly buoyant.
