Apparently WPL have an arrete ministeriel affirming the deal was approved by the government (minister) and they are in the JV. WPL will become operator but it may only be a temporary gig if COP lose arbitration and if tribunal orders WPL out and if FAR pursue their PE right and if WPL don't do a deal with FAR beforehand.
