That would be kind of like selling the company not the asset being a touch unethical and not in the spirit of the JOA...
2.If FAR are happen to get another chance from arbitration every J/V partner would have the same opportunity to purchase COP 35%....
Wrong - FAR have taken this to arbitration and if successful only FAR will have the opportunity to pre-empt...
3. FAR need someone to buy it for them whoever believes they can pay for it themselves are dreaming.....
As stated by CN numerous times there are many ways to finance the purchase should FAR get the opportunity and there has been a lot of interest already....
4.Common sense IMO is totally out the window on these threads....
On that one I agree 100% your posts are getting more desperate by the day and IMO show absolutely no common sense at all....
