The market seems to think so but I do agree with you. Agree with most of what u say bar the speculation in WPL point and market view of CNE point (WPL is IMHO up due to SNE (the Pluto news was out there b4 ANN), CNE's SP has been sold down partly due to Senegal (Senegal has stopped due to the soccer world cup, a World Cup without USA, New Zealand and the PRC but with Senegal?)). Senegalese President Macky Sall is making his way to what is now the former Soviet Union.
I was thinking of investing in CNE when the LSE opens. CNE is really not a play on SNE or the FAR/WPL thing. Even Malcy sorts of concedes that in his writings so CNE should be trading up independently of FAR, WPL and the SNE.
President Macky Sall and Senegal will get back to business and Senegal when World Cup in Russia is over. Then WPL will probably move down, FAR will u know what and CNE will IMHO go up when the market realizes what you have mentioned to be true to be self-evident.
