Hi Soj, not sure what you mean here. Cairn (CNE) are not able to PE the WPL sale as they are not part of the arbitration. CNE could PE FAR's on-sell as I said. But this will be at a higher price than the WPL deal and may not be as attractive. If it was the same backer as FAR and they PE through CNE then they are just paying more for an asset they were already acquiring through FAR.
