FAR filed a dispute in the 30 day PE window.......there effectively was no deal to approve.
Arbitration will sort if COP have done the right thing.....IF not WPL ARE in the JV illegally as the JOA contract will have been breached.
You are right about one thing though.....COP will still be the legal owner of the 35% and will have to offer it on the same terms and conditions to FAR.
