yes,
1) if FAr win then they would likely be paying the purchase price from a few years back not todays value
2) unlikely they would keep the entire 35% given they already have 13%. I would think they more likely to hold 25-30% in total and therefore sell down to around 25-30% or leave wpl with a reduced stake - In effect you then only have to pay for 12-17%
3) they are debt free at moment so like every single other oil company (well not all but majority) they will fund thru combination of debt, equity. But you have to understand that if they have 30% then the value of the asset and sp will be a lotmore then 22c - and I wouldnt think you would have trouble with a CR - sure there would be dilution but you can always later do a 10:1, if the number of shares is what you worried abt. But of course you would be having an EV over $3bn
