I wonder if the "internal reason" for the delay is that they know MEO are teaming up with a BIG mob, going to spend bulk coin developing Tassie shoals and Woodie does not want to commit to piping to Darwin before seeing if the can jump on board.
It's 550AM and I just did a 12 hr night shift.........
