Yes. I had a thought after having posted ... I wasn't goading with my last point. I've said it before ... it's dog eat dog in the industry imo, it wouldn't surprise if the other party/s did something intentionally. But arbitration, imo, could have had the effect of unleashing the dog on this particular project. Questionable judgement - heads should have rolled at least two years ago, just on this subject ... unfortunately, AG wasn't on the register ... just play money for the other majors imo ... but FJ, imo, well, I won't repeat what I've posted long ago.
