the best possibility at the moment would be for an after market announcement allowing people to digest the information and realise its not as bad as it seems.
I think BG will eventually TO HDR but there is no need at the moment as any TO would probably not occur below $3 and at that price tiof and banda are pretty much certain. So BG might as well just wait till they are
