    I suppose that wouldn't be a bad idea. BHP disposes of it's Fossil fuel assets, Woodside already in the business so no impact on their investors and no need to generate a new company as per the case of a normal demerger. BHP shareholders get some Woodside shares which they can sell if they believe that not owning these type of shares will lower the use of fossil fuels. I suppose it all depends on the sell price.
