    I can assure you it’s more likely related to ESG from global pension funds. I’ve worked in the very industry. WOW/Edv was the same thing. BHP only recently acquired further O&G stakes in one of its assets only to now demerge the entire business potentially to WPL.. ok. Have you read the global news in this space? Look at what happened to Exxon, that was global pension funds. They often twist the definition of best interests to involve climate change.
