    Yes , agree ! in the short term in a down market with the entire Globe in utter turmoil buy backs do not give the investor wanting a quick return much confidence.

    However , once the dust settles , and confidence returns to the overall market the buy backs will act as a catalyst for the S/P
    to move forward in larger increments than previously with each positive session.

    The fundamentals of the successful company that has conducted the buy backs will in turn prop up the S/P even on down days once the market turns.

    The age old indicator of higher highs and lower lows in turn increases investor awareness , in come the instos at higher prices , their appetite being driven by the fear of missing out, mean while long term holders sit back and watch.

    While ever the fundamentals improve, (in a normal market ) the s/p will follow.
    We all have a pay day on the 30th of this month.
    If the s/p is still under $7.50 then , all of my divvys will be going strait back into STO.
