Agree, as the putative acquirer, where is the funding for such a major acquisition. WDS sp under heavy selling pressure of late (about $ 5-6 Bn) wiped off the market cap, due in part to the decline in global oil benchmarks. With a large plan for capex and huge infrastructure pipeline, some concern as the impact on gearing for WDS, and not sure the integration of the BHP petroleum business in 2022, has been successfully completed.
