I recall a couple of years ago a Woodside presentation by Voelte in which Tiof was earmarked for mid-2007, I think first of a staged development with the first stage of about 50kbopd. Looks like they won't have even finalised the development plan by then (if indeed they go ahead).

So much for a mover and shaker. If there are management changes occurring Volete should be one of the first to go, he's had his eye off the ball way too long.
