It has broken through key resistance - a close above $13.85 today will be significant.
If so, $14+ should be no problem.
WPL looks on track to take out all time highs of over $16 and resume its uptrend in earnest.
This stock could surprise on the upside and do a "Newcrest" in an environment of escalating crude oil prices.
Looks like big investment dollars are now begining to chase the stock as in 2005/6 WPL's new projects coming on stream will make the stock a key portfolio growth stock for institutions and long term investors.
