If that were true wouldn't FAR be in breach of ASX guidelines of disclosure? They wouldn't be able to hold on to that sort of information even if they wanted to. It's definitely market / price sensitive.
Also, businesses are never run like that. CEO's dont get scared of updating. They just have to do it.
You're feeling this way because, like most of us, you're getting some holder fatigue and we just want clarity. That said, we're owed nothing at this point. The silence is golden if FAR are working out a deal. We've just got to continue to be patient.
I'm still quietly confident. Just because I'd rather look at glass half-full than empty. At the end of the day, none of us know what's going to happen. We can only hope.
