It's as good as a done deal IMO, like I have said before.
No way WPL will be throwing this all over the media unless
they are sure it will be proceeding. They had plenty of time
I'm sure to go through all the contractual agreements and legalities
To make sure every thing was in order before they announced and
Probably Before FAR even knew it was happening.

You just have to ask the question HTF did FAR not have a full understanding of all
The JV agreements before this happened, they are really being shown up
as amateurs if this goes through under their noses.

We have not heard back from FAR because they are trying to find
If they have any comeback in the contract I expect. Maybe hear from them this week as WPL have really stepped up their media coverage of the acquisition.
