I disagree,
The dispute is 2 years old and the project goes on as per the PSC.
It is the "35% interest transfer" that is ring fenced.
The project must and will go on as per the PSC.
At the end of the day, WPL and (COP,the undisputed owner of the 35%) + the other JV partners must progress the Project.
