Understand,the dispute is ring fenced from all other clauses in the PSC.
Since the start of the dispute,holes have been drilled,pre feed commenced, exploitation plan submitted, etc.
Cop has delayed nothing,as WPL has been progressing COP'S interest in the PSC,and now as Operator mist continue to do so on COP'S behalf.
No delays allowed,for the benefit of all JVP's interests.
The dispute is background noise until it is resolved.
