The writer is from MarketBeat, so we can assume that it's not a made up story.To get the avg price, he would have been selling a lot at the $39 mark.
Bearing in mind that is a good price, and there is only a window in which he can trade shares also, he must be thinking that the SP will be coming off that high soon and I cannot see that he needs the money.
He's been saying if they don't get SNE, they move on, but I think if that happens, he will be asked a few questions by the board.
"Is that a clue???", certainly bears thinking. Is CN buying???
