If FAR are awarded declaratory relief and FAR are allowed to exercise their right to PE ousting WPL.
After that business is concluded, what is to stop FAR going back to arbitration with a new TOR for compensation relating to the damage relating to COP’s negligence.
Just a thought after all why should COP care where the money comes from and effectively get off scot-free and not be penalised for their negligence.
