A vote of confidence from Lukoil and WPL, although for WPL it was probably more about risk management with regard to sanctions etc.
Where else can you buy into a large project run by a very good well financed operator at the bottom of the cycle from a company on its knees. There is probably at least some mid-caps or small hedge funds that would find the 13% the right size....at least that's what I'm hoping as I recently took a small punt GLTA
