    It sseems to me I was right though about Wpl making sure they have enough to guarantee being operator.

    Imo all this has come about by making phase 1 40% more expensive.
    A bridge too far for Cne and likely FAR.
    Whats the bet Wpl announce a massive cost cut to phase 1?
